    Jennifer is the President of Augustine Construction who oversees business and financial operations of the corporation. Jen holds a BA in Business Administration from UCF and has over 20 years in Construction Management.

  • Joe McCoy

    ARCHITECT & PROJECT MANAGER

    Joe is the Vice-President of Augustine Construction who holds an Architecture and General Contractor license in the State of Florida. Joe holds a Bachelor of Design from the University of Florida, a Master’s of Architecture from Virginia Tech and has over 20 years of construction experience.

  • Jim Phillips

    ESTIMATOR & PROJECT MANAGER

    Jim is the Vice-President of Augustine Construction who holds an Underground Utility license in the State of Florida and oversees the estimating and planning for the corporation. He has a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Nebraska and has over 50 years of construction experience. He served in the U.S. Air Force and is a Vietnam Veteran.

    SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

    As a Senior Project Manager with over 50 years of experience, Scott has worked as a Utility Project Manager, Engineering Manager, Section Manager, Liaison for Pasco County EOC, Project Manager for Fiber Optic Projects, Strategic Planner, Permitting, Project Manager for City of New Port Richey, and Trainer and Mentor for Interns in Personnel. Scott is a strong team member who is analytical, detailed oriented and works collaboratively in completing all projects with competing deadlines.

  • Bill Shetler

    SITE SUPERINTENDENT

    Bill is the Site Superintendent for Augustine Construction who specializes in challenging sites and high profile municipal project ranging from large scale parks to mile long sidewalk. With over 25 years in construction experience, Bill successfully manages all aspects of the construction process including field management of the his team, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers while bringing projects to completion on time and under budget.

  • Allan Miklavcic

    UTILITY SUPERINTENDENT

    Allan is the Utility Superintendent for Augustine Construction who specializes in a wide variety of utility work from fully integrated lift stations, force mains, complete water distribution systems, and storm water. With over 30 years of utility experience, Allan’s ability to oversee and direct all aspects of projects have ensured the completion of all projects in a timely manner under budget.

    ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE

    Megan is the Office Administrator who handles multiple job duties including clerical, payroll specialist and assisting in bid submissions. Megan has over 20 years of experience in the construction field and thoroughly loves what she does.
